2 Cups of Almond Flour
1 Stick of Melt Organic Butter, softened
1 Egg
1/2 Cup of Organic Cane Sugar
1/2 Banana, Mashed
1 tsp of Baking Powder
1/2 tsp of Almond Extract
1/2 Cup of Pecans, Chopped

Mix all ingredients together. Press cookie dough down into a muffin tin so it outlines the pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes. Pull out of the muffin tin, fill it with your favorite ice cream and you are done!
